SAN FRANCISCO, August 31, 2023 - The Digital Health Hub Foundation is pleased to announce the selected quarterfinalists for the 2023 Digital Health Awards, the largest global digital award show, held at HLTH.

SAN FRANCISCO, August 31, 2023 - The Digital Health Hub Foundation is pleased to announce the selected quarterfinalists for the 2023 Digital Health Awards, the largest global digital award show, held at HLTH. Companies were able to apply to two tracks: "Best in Class" and "Rising Stars," spanning 13 categories. Top categories this year included Best Use of AI in Health Tech, Health Equity, Women’s Health plus 10 others. A list of categories can be found here.
The "Rising Star" track sought out emerging digital health companies, while "Best in Class" recognized those already making substantial and consistent contributions to the digital health landscape.
Quaterfinalsits included Theator, Hey Jane, Butterfly, Sprinter Health, and 350 other groundbreaking digital health companies. For a comprehensive list, please see the full list here.
A global leading panel of experts from the healthcare and venture capital sectors selected the quarterfinalists. The esteemed panel of judges included Daniel Kraft, CEO of Digital.Health; Alice Zheng, Principal at RH Capital; Unity Stoakes, President and co-founder of StartupHealth; Amanda Azadian, Head of Digital Health Strategy at the American Medical Association, among many others, see full judge panel here.
Out of a substantial pool of over 1,500 submissions, only the most promising 16 quarterfinalists per category have advanced to this stage.
"This year has been our most competitive yet as we've received a great surge in submissions, numbering in the thousands, pouring in from companies around the world. We are so impressed by the pioneering work in digital health happening on a global scale. Congratulations to all of our quarterfinalists on their notable success,” stated Mark H. Goldstein, Chairman of Digital Health Hub Foundation.
The next round of judging is underway and eight Rising Star Finalists and four Best in Class companies in each track will be selected and announced on September 22, 2023.
One Best in Class Winner and three Rising Stars will be announced at the Grand Finale taking place at HLTH on the Moon Stage on October 9, 2023.
